Very friendly staff, lovely location, quiet but close to bars and restaurants and the river.

We stay here a lot…please change the stained carpets, again we ask you, they are a real blot on this lovely place.

The location, the staff, the cleanliness all brilliant, we’ve stayed here several times & will definitely be staying again.

There’s no evening meals but plenty of restaurants & cafes very nearby.

Lovely location near river. Room was comfortable with a little deck outside, but no view. Very attentive staff. Breakfast was nice.

Room was a bit stuffy and we couldnt get the A/C to work.

The room was a reasonable size with a pleasant view. Spacious bathroom and good shower. Nice hotel entrance and friendly staff.

Prior to our arrival, we completed a form which was supposed to avoid the check in process and allow swift access to our room. However, we still spent 5-10 mins at reception going through formalities which included them insisting they take 120 euros from our debit card in case we had drinks or breakfast, neither of which we intended to do. (Breakfast was a crazy 20 euros each.) In the room, the carpet was marked in multiple places and the room overall felt a little dated. Only a bedside table on one side of the double bed; not sure what the other person is supposed to do. The bathroom was a little dark due to insufficient lighting. The coffee and tea making facilities were minimal.
