Very convenient location to Grafton street and Temple bar. Great for busses to other parts of the city. Very spacious and comfy apartment. Large living & kitchen area.

Staff were a little aloof and uncompromising on payment methods when communicating via text - we had to rush to the property as they insisted on in-person payment before 4pm as we were hesitant on paying via a text link sent that was not within the booking.com platform. Since we’ve had fraud attempts via text links before, we prefer to make payments facilitated within the safety of the booking.com app. Host should consider this in future. Bathroom in the apartment was small compared to the generous space of the rest of the apartment. Lift to apartment was very slow/delayed.

Very spacious penthouse, convenient location and good safe parking off street. Gentleman on check in was very friendly and phoned when our apartment was ready as we arrived early.

Apartment was very warm, fans provided in every room but could benefit from air con.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and was very comfortable and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the building after hours and the staff had a very secure and streamlined process to get us back in within 20 minutes or so, with no fuss. Also, a shoutout to the awesome male staff member who went above and beyond and helped guide our hire van in to the underground parking with centimetres to spare! 😊

This place is being refurbished. We were not made aware and this was confirmed by the receptionist. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. The noise in the morning was horrendous. Sounded like they were drilling in our room. The manager was rude, and aggressive and given how she spoke to us, I dread to think how the staff are treated. My advice is you call first before booking here to make sure the renovations are finished. Really poor taking bookings without being upfront and honest. Im not against renovations, but I am against how the manager talked to us and that we weren't informed.
