Location - perfect, perfect, perfect! It’s in the old city itself. If come out from the hotel, on you left side heading to the beautiful lake, our your right side you may see the lake as well. It’s near to everything, restaurant, gelato’s shop, souvenir shops etc.
Staff - always smiling, very helpful
Room- is beautiful, so clean.
Parking - even though they mentioned about the parking, it’s is chargeable 15€/day (unlimited entry) this you must arrange with the hotel once you received hotel confirmation. We didn’t know at first, we thought we can park near to hotel and it’s free. But we actually cannot enter the car to hotel area, because of hotel locations is inside the old city itself. So basically, once you communicate the hotel, agreed with the parking chargers, they will send you a code that you need to scan. Please look at ‘GrifoParking’, it’s designated parking for this hotel. They provided shuttle services to carry your luggages upon check in/ checkout. The charges is worth it. Once you settled in, to go to your parking area in/out by walking not far at all.
** Recommendation: wake up early, take your left side, walk straight to the lake, you enjoy the most beautiful sunrise in yourlife. Enjoy ✌🏼

We stayed on the second floor in a double room with a "partial lake view". Personally the sliver of lake that can be seen is not worth mentioning. There is also another caveat in that this particular room's windows open out onto a small public square and a narrow road. From 5am in the morning the cleaning of trash bins, machinery washing the pavement and streets starts in earnest and it is LOUD!!!!
The other rooms may not experience the same level of intolerable noise, but the ppl in the adjacent room can be heard through the walls. Bathrooms are back to back and unfortunately over and above early morning street racket we had a screaming baby in the adjacent room which did not help. Not very restful. Perhaps it may be prudent to separate families with small children from couples. Each morning we had kids yelling outside our bedroom door. On the western end of the passage the hotel has 3 rooms doors next to each other (on 2nd floor) 🤯. The Sirmione old centre was beautiful and worth the visit. But the hotel definitely has sound issues. Otherwise it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
