clean hotel, amazing spa and hotel bar prices are good
Everything was amazing expect beds cuz they separated
Also the water park part is kinda bad because we got stuck multiple times in those waterslides not just us even the other ppl

The advantage is the connection to the Aqua Park and entertainment for adults and children at the hotel. The food is varied, fresh and delicious.

The SPA area of the hotel
We are regular guests of this hotel, but the last trip has been a real dissapointment especially due to the unprofessional behaviour of the employees from the reception desk. Even if the check in hour is 14.00, we were told that the room was not ready. After half hour (while we stayed in the lobby) the receptionist told us that the room is still not ready, because they don' t have enough employees, but he didn't even check it. When we went upstairs to check the room ourselves, the cleaning lady told us that the room was ready from the beginning. So, due to the attitudine of the receptionist (who didn't bother to check the room) we waisted an hour in the lobby. When we asked about the compensation the hotel is offering us for the inconvenience, the receptionist told us that nothing is offered because they have the right to make the check-in of the guests any time AFTER 14.00 (even at 21.00).
Beside this, I have complaints about the room which was not as clean as usual, especially in the bathroom (and no cleaning seal on the toilet)
