Restaurant wie immer High Class…Sterneküche…echt top…Weltklasse!!!
Kaltes Wasser über drei Tage lang (im 5 Sterne Hotel…!!!), Zimmer Service angesprochen bez. zu wenig Klopapier, im Wellnessbereich kaum Wasser, Plastikbecher schmutzig (Lippenstift), keine Musik, der Kamin im Dauer Off-Modus (sollte man mal die Homepage ggf. ändern. Quittung dafür…Nachberechnung der Body Lotion&Seife (fast leer) aus dem Bad i.H.v. 58€…!!! Ansonsten sind die Preise in der Minibar im Verhältnis zu anderen 5Sterne Hotels extrem frech und wurde täglich nicht neu aufgefüllt:-(
