Room comes with great view. Dinner and breakfast including in price with SPA service. I even took hiking tours with local guide Patricia was her name and she was knowledgeable, sincere and fun! It would be perfect to explore the local landscape and nature while you are there. Lovely local restaurant we stopped for break was up in the mountain. Local milk and bread dessert was must to try. Delicious! Then I came back in the afternoon enjoy SPA until dinner time. Sauna session they provided was relaxing and nice aroma therapy done by instructor( I forgot his name ) was also great! Mounir was my server and he was exceptional. He made people laugh each table he goes. His commitment for his job need to be recognized. And so as Rafael the master of omelette in breakfast. He makes people’s day start right with positive energy with humor I saw many children faces brighter instantly by him. Amazing! What else I need to tell you? LOL

There were so many people in the hotel facilities that it didn't feel relaxing or exclusive. It's better suited fir families with young kids. The food is mediocre.

Wish there were a few more spots where it was okay to wear a bathing suit but also understand that is very much the culture there!

An unforgettable spa experience My friend and I were truly impressed by our stay at the hotel and spa. From the very first moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were welcomed with a delicious welcome drink, our luggage was taken care of, and we received locker keys for the private guest area of the spa. We spent a wonderful time in the large spa as well as in the exclusive spa area reserved for hotel guests. There was a lovely selection of teas and warm drinks available, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. When we checked into our room, our luggage had already been brought up and even our coats were carefully placed in the wardrobe — such a thoughtful touch. The minibar was complimentary, and the view from our room overlooking the mountains was absolutely stunning. In the evening we enjoyed an incredible dinner with a luxurious buffet as well as an à la carte menu — everything was delicious. The next morning I attended a yoga class with a breathtaking mountain view, which was a perfect way to start the day. Afterwards we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet. We loved the spa so much that we extended our stay for a few more hours and participated in several hammam rituals, including a refreshing menthol scrub. At check-out we even received a small gift — shampoo and slippers — which was a lovely final touch. This place left a strong impression on us, and we will definitely come back again, next time for a romantic weekend with our partners. Highly recommended!
