The hotel was okay, standard fare. The food was very good—just a classic Austrian hotel restaurant—and the breakfast was great. The wellness area was quite nice. Hotel very close to the cable car.
The room was clean, but the style and furnishings—especially in the bathroom—did not meet modern 4-star standards, and access to the ski storage room was a bit tricky.

Location is beautiful. Spa is very nice. Access to cable car is also great.
The room was not comfortable. Bathroom design was awful with very tiny toilet on one side of the room and the rest of the bathroom on the other side of the room. The toilet was so small that I with my pregnant belly couldn’t go inside and close the door. Plus it was extremely stinky! Bath had no door so no privacy considering we had a family room.
They only gave one pillow per person and the pillow was not even good so had a very uncomfortable stay here. Definitely not value for money. I would give this hotel 2 star.
