This is a nice mid-range hotel if you're looking for a place to stay near Reutlingen or Tübingen. It's very conveniently located just off the highway in an industrial park. The highlight is the sauna and pool area, as well as the breakfast buffet.
The one thing you need to be aware of is your room location. My first room was located near some kind of air or elevator shaft and was quite noisy. But the staff offered me another room, which was quiet. When I was there, there were some rambunctious young people turning the sauna into their private party, but that wasn't the hotel's fault!

The building was a bit old - dated and wires/cables all over the ceiling in the corridors. Some house keeping trollies with the linens/towels are all parked outside our room..but our room was clean and kept with essentials. Just didnt like the pillows and no small fridge.

The staff is very nice, and the room pretty big
There is a lack of maintenance/cleaning. For example the hallway way looks pretty dirty/black, the bathroom fan was very dirty/dusty. The overall mood is depressing
