We spent 5 nights here and we very much hope to come back. The location is ideal with easy access to the city centre and walks along the Rhine. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We hope to be back soon.

The location is great, especially if you get a riverside room. It's a tranquil area, but still close to city center. The staff are friendly and service-oriented. I didn't have the opportunity to try the wellness area or gym, but they looked good from the outside. There are several city car parks nearby. Always space there and cheap (a full weekend for only 20 euro).
Overall, this hotel's appearance and ambience are 4-star. However, I would only rate the deluxe single room that I booked as 3-star. It is smaller than the presumed 18 square metres. The bathroom is tiny with hardly any space to move around. Furthermore, even on a cold day in March and with the heating switched off, the room was far too warm. It must be a real challenge during hot days if the air conditioning does not work...

Friendly and very dilligent staff (both room service and front desk), great location, nice views from the public terrace, very nice Brazilian rain forrest shower
The automatic key to the garage did not work ONE single time.
Over the unsecured WiFi my cellphone got infected with pop up windows from a presentation that was given at the same time by Astra Seneca in one of the conference rooms.
The room did not offer USB ports for fast charging.
The pillows were slim and didn’t offer much support. Good mattress and nice blanket.
The toilet was congested one evening and didn't flush but the front desk could not help because the plunger had been hidden by the building staff.
The gym is pathetically tiny and lacking machines.
The breakfast is overpriced at E 25 and should be E 12 to E 15 instead.
