About this apartment rental
The apartment is in the very south of Germany, very close to the border of Austria. You have a beautiful view on the first mountain chains of the Alps and the famous castle Neuschwanstein of King Ludwig. It is just 8 km apart.
The new renovated appartment (65qm) is on the top floor of our house. It is sunny and spacious and it´s well equipped for 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms - the frist bedroom has got a doulble bed (2x2m), the second two single beds and the third one big single bed (1,60x2m). You will have TV and free WIFI.
From the balcony there´s a beautiful view of the mountains and the sunset.
Our guests have their own access to the apartment over an exterior staircase via the balcony. Kids can play in the garden.
The apartment is a nice starting point to lots of pleasure activities and culture attractions. Right from the house you can start with various hiking or bicycle tours. Paragliding is possible from the Iittle mountain right next to the village. In the area there are lots of beautiful lakes for bathing. Cultural attractions are the famous castles of Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau and Linderhof, the beautiful old little towns Füssen and Oberammergau. Munich, the capital town of Bavaria is just 100km apart and it´s easy to get there by car or train.
The house is in a small and calm village named Buching which is a part of the community of Halblech. Within 5 walking minutes there´s a big new grocery store, a cheese diary and a butchery. About 2 km further there´s a nice health food store.
There´s also a bus stop in the village, but it´s best to come with a car to move easily around. Another way getting around is by bicycle. It´s a wonderful cycling area - either in the plain or hilly area or in the mountains.
The next airport is in Munich (150km) and in Memmingen (100km). The next train station is in Füssen (12km).

The place is lovely to stay at.
It's open and has easily enough space for 5-6 people for sleeping. In that the kitchen will be quite full.
The host are very nice as well and will give good advice for spending the time somewhere nice

Sehr nette Vermieter, aber die Heizung war defekt. Machte ständig nervende Geräusche und wir konnten so schlecht schlafen. Aber gut SCHLAFEN will man natürlich im Urlaub.
