About this house rental
The apartment is a part of a single family villa house. The apartment is actually a guests suite since It has its own entry doors separated from the main house and offers all features you may need for your comfortable stay and privacy. It is surrounded by evergreen garden that provides a tranquil space during your stay. Guests can use the garden within premises. The guests suite is positioned on a garden floor/Souterrain with windows overlooking the garden. You will have your own covered parking spot inside the gated yard. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, cutlery, dishes, bed linens, towels, Internet service, large flat screen TV. The guests suite consists of one bedroom with king size bed, living room that can turn into separate bedroom with two beds (one sofa bed on springs that feels like classical mattress 200 cm x 130 cm) and auxiliary bed with latoflex and 2 layers of foam, one thick foam and memory foam so you can modify the softness of the bed, the size is 190 cm x 80 cm). Than we have a kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a foyer.
Large grocery store and a bakery are just arround the corner only 2 min away by foot. The first touristic agency is only a stone throw away. They organize rafting on 2 nearby white water rivers, guided tours to Triglav National Park, paragliding, zip line, mountain bike rentals, horseback riding etc. The lake and all the infrastructure is only a few minutes away by foot.

The soutaraine flat is clean and equipped with everything needed. Especially the kitchen has new and modern tools. Around the house is enough space for a child to play! Matej is a perfect host: information for sightseeing, hiking, restaurants and so on; very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!
