Beautiful sunny and hot vacation in a pretty hotel!
Pros: First welcome was by a taxi driver Jimmy, who made a really warm welcome to us. Then we could check-in earlier and got an upgrade for a suite, which was a nice surprise! The pool was a nice option of a close-by cooling down. The beach was right in front of the hotel, so the location was really great. And what was the BEST was the STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT, ESPECIALLY WELCOMING MRS. ***, to whom we owe a big "efcharisto"! :) Also the night receptionist and fresh bar staff (a man and a young lady) deserve a big thanks!
Cons: Hotel itself looks a bit better in pictures than in reality. Especially the decorating pool in between the buildings looks a bit dirty. The day receptionist and also the mini market staff could be more welcoming - talking to them felt like they wanted the conversation with you to be over ASAP. And although the cleaning ladies greeted us with a smile and replaced the towels and anything else whenever necessary, they just couldn't make the room completely clean. However I am not sure whether that is their "fault" to be honest. :) Also tourist tax 15 €/night/room for a 5* hotel is quite a lot. Again, not the fault of the hotel.
And the last but not least - 15 €/sunbeds everyday is quite a lot as well. Although here I feel like if you are staying in the hotel, you could be given at least some discount - e.g. 10 € instead of 15 €. Because there is not any other hotel, therefore in 99% only the hotel guests were using them.
Anyway, ALL OF THE CONS ARE JUST SMALL DETAILS that could be improved. :)
Conclusion: We would like to come back to the hotel, especially if there are still the lovely staff members! However, the small details in cons made it a little bit "imperfect". Overall I rate it 7/10. :)
