Owner is super lovely. Breakfast was good. Location is fantastic, you can pretty much ski to the door and there's a main ski lift and two ski equipment rental places across the road. Room was cleaned to a fantastic standard daily.
The only thing which could improve is soundproofing between rooms; you can hear the adjacent room's bathroom loud and clear. The bathroom also gets really wet after a shower because there's no door! These aren't major issues though, I'd stay at this hotel again.

What a lovely and friendly little hotel! It's immediately across the road from a ski lift, and St Anton's other lifts are just 5-10 minutes' walk away. (The train station is only 15 mins walk away - it's very easy to get here from Innsbruck airport by train.) We got a free upgrade on our accommodation – my friend and I had booked a twin room, but we got a mini suite with two rooms. It was perfect. The breakfast was great (breads, eggs, juices, fruit, muesli, etc), and Lilo and team could not have been more helpful (e.g., they had lift passes ready for us on the first day of skiing). Good ski room, too.

The location for the lift was perfect. It wasn't too far from downtown to walk and enjoy everything the city had to give.
Thing, maybe opening the sauna a little earlier than 3:30pm...
