How centrally located it was and the obliging staff. Orange/lime water in the entrance. Generous room and bathrooms with a good bath tub. That we were able the next morning to change rooms after some hours, due to poor first night sleep due to loudness, from street side noise including neighbouring construction site and corridors (suggesting rooms not sealed well nor windows double glazed, which is usually standard).
That they allowed building construction workers to cut through concrete during breakfast hours, when ordinarily it makes sense to have this kind of work done after this time period, was quite disturbing. Guest experience must take priority. The smell from cut stone or metal was in the dining room, lift and staircase area the entire stay, unfortunately. I have never experienced this before at a hotel and would assume this would breach healthy and safety regulations in many countries. Furniture wood faded and in need of some maintenance. In first allocated room paint off lamp stand was peeling off in many places.

We really liked this hotel. Very nice just a few steps from the city center. We loved our room with two floors. First floor a big bathroom and staircase to second floor and on the second floor a very big room with windows on both sides. We loved it.
Breakfast is super. Nice people working on the hotel. If you arrive with a car you can park at the garage Ramen for around 15 Eur/day and it is easy to walk from there to the hotel. We really recommend this hotel and could come back anyday.

I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation and would gladly recommend it.
The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport, making everything very convenient. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped.
Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay.
