I booked 2 rooms (my parents and I) we could t reach each other’s room because of the key to access the corridors . Was not even mentioned considered by the reception. No cream as amenities in the room. Having the bathroom in the room without doors not great when you share with friends. Was expensive for the quality

Gorgeous Hotel, luxurious in every detail! Loved the Christmas decorations, cozy bar, good breakfast and the spa/pool/hottub was perfect!
No standard bathrobes in the room. You have to pay a 30 euro deposit. It was not offered to us at check in. There was only one left, and we needes 2. The one I got was size XL (way to big) and it was broken. At this rate you would expect to have good quality bathrobes and slippers in the room, no deposit or other limitations.

The hotel smelled at several locations to weed, room was not clean and heating was not working properly.
