Check in speed and ease of checking in/out - Comfortable and well stocked bard
Couldn't stay warm - air conditioning always on. Snacks on my floor only available from a vending machine (that took only cash - not card payments) - Would have been nice to have snacks already selectable in the room and/or the vending machine taking card payments

I booked 2 rooms (my parents and I) we could t reach each other’s room because of the key to access the corridors . Was not even mentioned considered by the reception. No cream as amenities in the room. Having the bathroom in the room without doors not great when you share with friends. Was expensive for the quality

Lift wasn’t working when arrived which was a nuisance.
