The lobby, sauna, easy access to the ski lift

Great location, beautiful property, pool was a plus and convenient to have restaurants and bars around.
So easy to catch the lift to the top for a beautiful view and nice lunch. Safe parking
Staff may still have been in training, so hopefully service has improved.
Sauna opening times were a little inconvenient but you cat please everyone 😊

Very welcoming they have a great team at Tirol lodge this was our 4 visit and we will be back again
Nothing really maybe a couple of more desert options on the lodge menu we preferred the selection menu in the lodge we did use the adjoining restaurant but didn’t have that much on the menu

The receptionist charged us 169 EUR, when we complained she realised there was miss-understanding. I had to ask for refund the money which was already paid (169 EUR). In the end she discovered, they forgot to charge us the city taxi and called me, when we already left the country. I find it absolutely unacceptable to ask someone for their credit card details over the phone. When I asked to send the payment details to my email, I was refused and the receptionist made me to tell her all the details from the credit card. The worst part of it all is that the whole misunderstanding was the receptionist's fault.
