About this house rental
Villa Nadalina is a house in a small and quiet place of Ražanj, surrounded with olive trees and mediterranean vegetation that offers accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends.
Villa is located only 200 meters walking distance from the nearest pebble beach, and 700 meters from the center of this fisherman village where you can find grocery store, bakery and couple of restaurants and cafe bars.
The modern interior extends over three floors. It consists of 3 fully furnished bedrooms with double beds 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with single bed 140x200cm, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 dining and living rooms. All floors are connected with internal staircases but the house can also be used as two separate apartments with their own entrances.
Accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, two televisions, washing machine and iron. Baby crib and baby high chair are available on your demand. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and utensils, oven, stove cook top, refrigerator, deep freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. In separate part there is a fun room with pool table, darts, home workout station and kids corner with toys. There are two mountain bikes at your disposal.
Outdoor area consists of a garden, large terrace, barbecue for grilling, outdoor sink, swimming pool with bench with massage jets, and a pool house with a cocktail bar and additional toilet. Site offers private car park (3 cars).
Depending on your interests you can spend your day relaxing on a terrace or by the pool, swimming in the clear sea, cycling through many nearby trails and roads or visiting some of the many tourist centers in the vicinity.
Position of villa is ideal for those who want to explore the Dalmatian coast as it offers many options for day visits to nearby tourist centers. UNESCO world heritage sites in Trogir, Šibenik and Split are in the near vicinity, as well as spectacular national parks Krka Falls and Kornati Island. Within 15-20 minutes drive you can visit nearby towns of Rogoznica and Primošten with many bars, taverns, restaurants and entertainment. For those arriving by plane, Split international airport is just 25 minutes away.

One of the best appointed holiday rentals we have ever stayed in. They have just thought of everything to make it an enjoyable stay for adults and kids alike. The hosts were super accommodating and patient with all my questions as it was the 1st time we have travelled with our 9 month old twins. The location of the villa is amazing up on a hill with east access to both sea and shops. To top it off we had car trouble on check out and one of the hosts Was quick to help us sort. Absolutely cannot rave enough about the property, our whole experience in Croatia and the amazing hosts.

Het contact voor aankomst en tijdens ons verblijf met de huiseigenaren, was perfect, snelle reactie op al onze vragen. Het huis was prachtig en brandschoon, bij aankomst gastvrij ontvangen, met heerlijk fruit en drankjes in de koelkasten. De ligging was perfect, op loopafstand van de zee, supermarkt en gezellige, goede, restaurants. Dorpje heeft een centrale ligging, zodat wij veel mooie plaatsen hebben kunnen bezoeken met de auto. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en aan te raden!
