Die Lage ist perfekt.
Mein Zimmer ist unpraktisch, kein Nachttisch, keine Steckdose am Bett, kein Licht im Badezimmer, der Schrank zugestellt mit einer Sitzgelegenheit, um Tee zu kochen muss man die Tischlampe von der einzigen Steckdose nehmen. Und das einem Hotel zum Sonntagsfrühstück die Eier "ausgegangen" sind habe ich noch nie erlebt. Im Dember gebucht und eine Frage zum CheckIn gestellt, die kurz vor Anreise im Mai nur durch eine automatisierte Nachricht mit einer Telefonnummer beantwort wird.

Frau Matt hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht Bett komfortabel Einrichtung im Zimmer neuwertig
Zimmer 1, 1. OG Bad: Duschkopf verschmutzt, sichtbare kalkbeläge auf den gläsernen duschtüren, am schlimmsten: defekter fehlender Sichtschutz vor dem Fenster im Bad. Dieser wurde nach meiner Reklamation dilettantisch beseitigt“ - beim benutzen des Vorhangs fiel die Klemmstange aus dem Fensterrahmen heraus. Vertrocknete Blumen in den Blumenkästen vor dem Fenster, Frühstück: am 1. Morgen leckere Bäckerbrötchen, am 2. Morgen leider Aufbackbrötchen, kein Honig am Buffet, Marmeladensorten nicht beschriftet, Obstsalat zur Hälfte aus Dosenfrüchten, die Butter schmeckte am 2. Morgen nach Geräuchertem und wurde erst nach Aufforderung nachgelegt, keine Eierspeisen, warme Milch zum Kaffee wurde in einem tupper Plastikbecher serviert
