Fabulous little nest just across Adige from Centro Storico. Space is on two levels. Main level of bedroom, kitchen, bath and living room and upper lofty area with separate sleeping space. Kitchen has essentials. Main bedroom is large, with AC which was welcome with summer heat wave. Also, small closet and dresser. Living room had streaming option on TV and dining table. Little nook area is accessed via a bit of a narrow spiraling staircase. It's a challenge for some perhaps, but my daughter made her home up there. There's closet and dresser storage. It has AC and a TV. She loved it. Decorations is a French inspired, creamy shabby chic mix. The interaction is completely via WhatsApp, which was fine I suppose, lacking a bit compared to a face to face connect. Elevator is slow, but welcome when needing to transport heavy luggage to 4th floor. It's a bit stuffy in heat as it's outside. We only used to move luggage. Walk over bridge and you're in Verona center. There is a grocery maybe 4 mins away and several restaurants nearby. Solidly good location.
Taxi definitely couldn't find address. We had to get out and explore on foot to realize it's actually at the end of the street facing a little small square. The check in instructions are helpful, but you receive them a but late. So when you're jet lagged, can be tricky to follow. This is where having someone greet you to walk thru everything the first time would be helpful. Once you're settled, it's a lovely flat in a great location.

We arrived in the middle of the heat wave and aircon was amazing. There's a unit in all the rooms. The apartment is well set out and it's very spacious. The location is great. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A great location to explore Verona - near many buses, local restaurants and very quiet. The apartment is large with all the equipment needed for a longer stay. A lift for luggage and strong air conditioning. Valeria was very helpful.
The stairs up to second bedroom are steep and tight if you have mobility problems.
