Directly located in the heart of St. Blasien, this cozy appartment with superb balcony views offers great value for money. Commodities are plenty, good quality beds and everything is taken care of, including a good childrens chair and very neat babybed. Perfect for young parents, since most of the part behind the appartement is off limits for cars.
Just One tip: Some black- out curtains in the bedroom would provide Some welcoming darkness since the street lights are somewhat present.

Die Lage war super zentral und der 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernte Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage bot im Winter "Frostschutz" über Nacht. Zum Be- und Entladen konnte man vorm Haus stehen bleiben. Die Wohnung selbst bot einen tollen Ausblick, war hell und freundlich und die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Café, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Restaurants alle im direkten Umfeld der Wohnung, genau wie der sehr schöne Weihnachtsmarkt. Dazu Internet und eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein großes und gemütliches Wohn-/Esszimmer, sodass man es auch an Tagen mit weniger gutem Wetter Zuhause prima aushalten kann!
Notiz am Rande: Optimierungspotential gibt es hinsichtlich der Bearbeitung individueller Anfragen im Vorfeld durch die Wohnungsverwaltung. Hier wären weniger Standard-Info-Mails mehr und Eingehen auf wichtige Fragen (hier nach hypoallergener Bettwäsche) des Kunden wünschenswert, wenn dieser 2 Mal im Vorfeld entsprechende schriftliche Anfragen stellt. Beim 3. Versuch in Form telefonischer Anfragen hat es dann geklappt, aber für Daunenallergiker ist es auch im Wohnzimmer schwer "Ruhe" zu finden, weil selbst da die Sofakissen entsprechend gefüllt sind. Wir haben sie dann in einer Kiste unter dem TV versteckt und so war es dann auszuhalten.

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Ein neuer Kleiderschrank wäre gut.
