The location was excellent. It's tucked away in an extremely peaceful and lovely neighborhood, making for a very relaxing stay.
There were a few aspects that disappointed us. Although the property is called Villa Luttwitz, we were accommodated in an annex, not the main building. While this wasn't a major issue, the room itself had some drawbacks: the bed linen appeared very old and worn out, and there was a mold stain in the bathroom. I understand the area might be prone to humidity, but this is something that could have been easily cleaned or treated.
Additionally, the payment process for the city tax was unprofessional. The property manager asked us to leave the cash in the room, which I don't find appropriate or standard practice. When I requested an IBAN to pay via bank transfer instead, it took several days to receive a reply, by which time we had already checked out.

The apartment in the grounds was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean.
Secure parking off road and the location was great for a short walk into the city. Communication was great as was accessing the apartment.

Central location of the facility
Parking situation was terrible. Also the room in the guesthouse nearby was ok but not brilliant. I guess a room at the main house is better.
