Cannes Cote Sud enjoys a location in Cannes, just 800 metres from Palais des Festivals and the beach, it is situated in a calm street only 500 metres from the Suquet. The house is a beautiful XIXth century building that has been recently renovated, joining a traditional feel to the conforts of modernity. It features a good wifi connection and a private underground parking at less than 300 m.
The villa has 3 separate bedrooms: one with a king size bed, one with two twin beds and a smaller one with a single bed. There is also a living room with a sofa that could host two additional people and features a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and is adjacent to a dining area. A separate studio, that could host 3 persons, with a king size bed and a sofa, can be connected to the house if needed. Children are welcome but they need to be supervised. There is a small swimming pool and a relaxing garden. The villa offers a barbecue.
Notre Dame d'Esperance Church is 500 metres from Villa Cannes cote sud. The nearest airport is Côte d'Azur Airport, 20 km from the property. Free street parking is available on site.

The home had everything you could need, lots of space and a great vibe. We were less than the ten minute walk to LA of great shops and restaurants and loved the outdoor space. Great family option as we were 5 the 2 grandmas. :)

Host Arnaud and property manager Elaine were wonderful walking us through their house. The house was convenient in location to the Palais/center of Cannes (15 mins walk) and offered everything we needed for the week-long stay. Thank you!

Our family of five stayed here for our first visit to Cannes. The owner was helpful and the home is set up well for larger families. The pool is small, but a nice touch. The courtyard is quiet and awesome for breakfast or reading a book!
The house is clean with everything you need if you want to cook (just buy groceries).
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main tourist area of Cannes.
