La camera, al di là del contesto, è molto accogliente: pulita, curata nell’arredo e ben attrezzata. Le pulizie giornaliere sono puntuali e accurate. Lo staff, in particolare la signora Serena, si distingue per una gentilezza d’altri tempi ed è sempre disponibile e premurosa nel fornire aiuto in molte circostanze. L’atmosfera è familiare e conviviale; anche la colazione, abbondante e varia, diventa ogni giorno un piacevole momento di condivisione e allegria.
Il contesto esterno, non evidenziato dalle foto nel sito, appare trascurato, la facciata di ingresso è quella di una struttura abbandonata, vuota e poco accogliente. L'alloggio, costituito da due camerette, accessibile solo da una scala a chiocciola molto stretta, ha spazi ridotti: il bagno è piccolo e privo di bidet, la doccia è minuscola e scomoda e la porta di ingresso non è una vera porta, ma è una tavola di legno aperta in alto, che limita la privacy e la sicurezza. Anche il terrazzino, stretto tra due palazzi, diventa un rifugio per piccioni, quindi poco utilizzabile. Pertanto il prezzo non risulta proporzionato all'offerta.
