Breakfast - great selection, simple, but lots of hot & cold choices.
The bedroom was lovely - clean, fresh, and a combination of modern and traditional. (new furniture/bathroom but old closet). The views are lovely.
We travelled mid October and there was no blankets in the room. This could have been provided as it is a little chilly early mornings.

الفندق جميل وجيد ومناسب للعائلات ولديه اطلالة جيدة على البحر والموظفون متعاونون كثيرا والغرف العائلية كانت واسعة ومناسبة
الاكل لم يكن مناسبا لنا نحن كمسلمين لانه يحتوي على الكثير من الاصناف فيها لحم الخنزير
والفندق بعيد قليلا عن المرافق الحيوية
وبعيد كثيرا عن مركز البلد ومنا ندفع 15 يورو كل مرة نريد الذهاب الى المركز و 150 يورو عودة

We had an amazing family holiday in a truly lovely place with exceptionally caring and responsive employees. From the very first moment, you can see and feel how much the staff genuinely care about the service they provide. We arrived after midnight and, to our surprise, were welcomed with facilities that ensured we were fed and comfortable — such thoughtful hospitality!
The first couple of days were windy, especially our very first day. Of course, we cannot ask kindness from Mother Nature, but what we did receive was kindness from the hotel. On day one, we received a call from the customer relationship manager, Stefanos, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our wishes and preferences, and he organised some wonderful trips for the days when the weather wasn’t ideal. Stefanos even arranged an unforgettable boat trip to Crissi Island, which we absolutely loved. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered hidden Greek gems and enjoyed the island from many different perspectives. Stefanos truly made a difference to our holiday, turning what could have been a limitation into an opportunity to explore even more.
Once the weather settled, it became the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The kids were thrilled with the slides and loved exploring the underwater life in the sea. The WiFi worked perfectly, the food was varied and delicious, and the options were regularly changing. We also enjoyed water sports! 🔥Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality!
The only small point we noticed was that the evening entertainment was mainly in French — which is perfectly fine, but a translation or some inclusiveness for non-French speakers would make it even better, as otherwise you can feel a little left out.

Das Hotel liegt am Strand. Dieser hat kleine, feine Steinchen. Das Wasser und der Strand waren sehr sauber.
Es gab reichlich zu essen.
Der Pool war sehr sauber (Mitarbeiter waren ständig darauf bedacht, diesen rein zu halten).
Wir hatten eine sehr unbequeme Matratze (Federkern, davon spürte man das Metall). Wir haben dies am ersten Abend bemängelt, mussten trotzdem darauf schlafen und erhielten am darauffolgenden Tag einen neue Matratze. Zeitgleich waren die Beine vom Bett kaputt, wurde erst geflickt (es war von weitem ersichtlich), nachdem wir es erwähnt haben.
Das dritte Bett (Familienzimmer) war eine Metallpritsche, die bei jeder Bewegung quietschte.
Wir hatten uns auf den im Angebot erwähnten, Spa-Bereich gefreut, den wir (weil zwei regnerische Tage) sehr gerne genutzt hätten. Von dem Masseur haben wir erfahren, dass dieser seit zwei Jahren nicht mehr in Betrieb sei.
Beim Essen, waren sehr viele fleissige Mitarbeiter:innen am Arbeiten, die kaum hat man zu ende gegessen, schon neben einem standen und alles wegräumen wollten. Wahrscheinlich ihr Auftrag, aber so entsteht schwerlich Gemütlichkeit beim Essen.
