Location, staff was attentive but not very present at the hotel. Only by whatapp
The swimming pool was on maintenance and we got a room just in front of the builders. We had to ise the sister property also for breakfast, they were very kind but a little understaff and slow

The staff were very friendly and helpful and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Due to having a late flight we were even able to have a late check out at no extra charge which was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and were cleaned everyday. We loved the pool it was a great area to relax in. Location was perfect and only a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Could have done with some cleaning facilities in the room so that we could wash the cups and dishes that we used.

De bedden waren comfortabel, het zwembadgedeelte was redelijk nieuw en mooi. Echter geen barretje aanwezig waar je een drankje kon halen of een kleine snack.
De kitchenette was zeer beneden peil. De koelkast zat vol met ijs.
Zeer verouderd. Echt aan vervanging toe.
De airco maakt heel veel kabaal en koelde niet echt. Erg benauwd op de kamer.
Het balkon keek uit op een achterbuurt, niet prettig om te zitten.
