Everything was good, the rooms were clean, the staff was ok, the breakfast was very good and quite varied, but there is only one minus: there is no air conditioning in the rooms

Of course we will stay again, if we have the opportunity to visit Mannheim again. We got very friendly staff, very large rooms. Cleanliness is very good. We were very happy to get such a good quality breakfast. Thank you friendly staff

NO CAR PARKING ON SITE. 12€ a day via parking card (20€ deposit required in cash). 200 meters away in P3 parking garage. This caused us issues as Agoda stated on site parking. We are travelling through Europe with valuables and expected carpark to be as described.
Room was nice and comfy but too hot. Bed & shower we're great.
Breakfast was good and varied. Something for everyone.
Fridge in room.
Staff were helpful.
2 light fittings were exposed in bathroom and bedroom.
So at the moment I'm not recommending as it cost 12€ more than we budgetted for and lost nearly an hrs rest trying to cancel concerned about our belongings.
