The hotel is not crammed with other buildings next to it, like most apartments around here; it "breathes". It has a big yard with trees, vines and greenery, two swings for children and a pool. It is very close to the center of Hanioti (2min on foot) and offers free parking under a thick, natural tree shade. The room and the patio were very clean, the bathroom was fresh, no bad smells of stale or mold. Mosquito nets and shades on the windows, all necessary utensils in the kitchen and bathroom, clean towels, even shampoo and body wash in the shower. Lorenzo, the manager, was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and professional. He was around the property all the time, handling with a smile all queastions and requests! At night the place quiet, peaceful and calm. In the morning we were made a hearty breakfast, freshly made toasts with juice and traditional greek coffee... we were eating outside, by the pool, under the trees, and we were wondering how we discovered this hidden gem only now! We are definitely coming back again!
The shower drain in the floor was a bit clogged and slow, that is the only problem we had
