- bardzo pomocny i uśmiechnięty personel;
- bezpłatny parking bezpośrednio przy hotelu;
- bardzo smaczne choć skromne śniadania;
- bezpośrednie wejście do restauracji, która znajduje się na parterze- bardzo dobre jedzenie i wspaniała obsługa;
- codzienne sprzątanie pokoju i wymiana ręczników;
- brak wewnętrznego przejścia do narciarni- dostęp tylko od zewnątrz;
- opis pokoju w kwestii łóżek różnił się od rzeczywistości (zamiast 2 dużych oddzielnych i 1 piętrowego otrzymaliśmy 1 duże podwójne i 1 piętrowe)- tutaj personel stanął na wysokości zadania i przekazał na dodatkowy pokój 1 os gratis;
- pokoje wymagają odświeżenia ale mimo wszystko jest czysto i przytulnie;

Great atmosphere, staff were lovely. Great food in the restaurant. Room was nice and clean.
Room could have done with an update and no coffee/tea/water facilities in room.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedem Gast einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker! Auch das Hauseigene Restaurant/Lounge bietet tolle Speisen und hervorragende Cocktails. Zudem hat man eine super Lage, ein Billa ist keine 50m entfernt. Bahnhof, Gondel, Shops ist alles binnen 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Am Abend zieht es viele Menschen in die Bar Lounge, was natürlich auch zu hören ist. Wir empfanden es nicht sehr störend, aber Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf könnte es evtl. dennoch stören.
