Good value for money because of the proximity to the free-way and Futuruscope park, and the beds where comfortable, plus the AC worked. Also there were automatic blinds to keep the light out.
The hotel is right next to the train tracks and there was some noise from the early morning trains. There was a kitchen but it was not clean, and the staff didn't inform us whether we could use it or not. There was no hot water in the shower the one night we stayed at the hotel on our way to Spain.

The location is good if you are traveling to Futuroscope on a budget and the guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful.
The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable

the bed was very comfortable and the location was very quiet, meant that we had a good nights sleep

Bed was comfortable.
There was no secure parking, so as 2 seniors, we had to cart our luggage up 2 flights of stairs, with no assistance offered. The room was passable, but did not look anything like the photos on the website and there were large dust balls under the bed.
