Lovely location, only couple minutes walk away from beautiful beach Lemonakia. Our host Maria was very welcoming, she upgraded our room when she learned it is our honeymoon. Rooms are getting cleaned everyday. Very calm and peaceful Environment around the hotel, and an amazing view from the garden. Pretty close to the Kokkari (4min. By car) we felt like we are at our own summerhouse. We will definetaly return here to stay on our next Samos visit.
İnternet was not properly connecting from our room. But İ think it is a generic problem of the Samos island. Not spesific to Gregory apartments.

We stayed for four nights in September. The hosts, the place—everything was wonderful. We felt very comfortable. Everything was spotless, with daily cleaning provided. We didn’t even need to rent a car, as it was within walking distance of the island’s most famous beaches. It was also only a 15–20 minute walk to Kokkari. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
The sound insulation in the rooms was almost non-existent, and a lot of noise carried from one room to another. Luckily, after the first night, the two rooms next to us were empty, so we didn’t disturb anyone and no one disturbed us. Also, there was no dishwashing detergent, but I had seen this mentioned in previous reviews, so I brought a little with me. I recommend doing the same.

Super clean apartment with minimal furnishings. The rooms were cleaned daily. Wonderful views. A bit of a walk to Kokkari town if you don’t have a vehicle. Nice and relatively easy walk to the nearby beach. We enjoyed our stay.
Would have appreciated an offering of tea and coffee satchels on arrival as a welcome gesture
