The ibis hotel served well as a straightforward, no-frills stop on our trip from Czech Republic to Spain. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering exactly what we needed for a night’s rest. The WiFi worked without issues, and the breakfast, while not spectacular, was perfectly adequate to get us going for the day. It’s a reliable place for a quick overnight stay, and in that sense, it delivers on its promise of simplicity and functionality.
Unfortunately, the experience was once again overshadowed by the hotel staff. They spoke only French, showing no effort to communicate in English, which made even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. Despite frequently checking the website, we could never secure a family room and ended up split between two rooms. It’s disappointing that these issues seem to be a pattern here. Still, given the constant staff turnover, there’s some chance that next time might be different — at least in terms of who we have to deal with.

L' accueil en journée, le petit déjeuner
L accueil la nuit une femme de forte corpulence qui a dû m ouvrir la porte la nuit pour sortir fumer et j ai déjà ressenti que je la dérangeais Après plus personne je sonne personne car impossible de rentrer dans ma chambre ma carte marchait plus donc je dis fort HALLO Y A QUELQU UN ?. J ai eu l impression de la déranger une nouvelle fois, elle m a dit faut pas crier et prendre le téléphone (le client n' est pas au courant du téléphone malgré une affiche illisible à 50 cm du sol. Mais c sur quand on dort dans un bureau on dérange ( non présente au deux ACCEUIL) Mais elle est restée très respectueuse dans ses paroles. Pour la suite vaut mieux l hôtel ibis Normal. Je n ai pas fait attention cette fois si car j étais déjà venu. La chambre confortable. J'ai du brancher bcp de câble pour regarder la télé!. Veilleuse au dessus des lits horribles dur a dormir, lumière wc éclair la chambre pendant une minute comme en plein jour horrible.Je ne reviendrai plus dans le ibis budgets mais celui a côté sans problème.
