Villa Erede is a charming stone residence set in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the heart of Split, Croatia. The house is divided into three apartments and two additional rooms, each thoughtfully arranged on separate floors.

Beautifully clean apartment in the old town, the outdoor area was lovely to relax. Our host was easy to contact and made our stay stress free.

Location was ideal particularly getting to the centre. Room was clean when we arrived. Had use of Kettle, iron etc. Good air conditioing particularly in the warm weather
Can get a little noisy in the early hours with fellow travelers staying nearby but not a lot you can do in a popular location
Not a dislike but check in was a little confusing as it was difficult to know how to enter the property. Zelinka was very helpful in helping us get settled. Maybe meeting at property would have been a bit more assuring but we got in in the end.

The location in the Old Town was fantastic with easy access for coming and going. The room was small but functional and the beds were comfortable enough. The aircon worked really well.
The host was late meeting us but the housekeeper lives on site and was able to let us in with limited English but a smile.
We had some challenges with the experience and knowledge of our host representative that negatively affected our stay, but without those, this accommodation could represent good value for money.
for info, the nearby Kragiceva poljana paid parking is €1/hr from 7am to 7pm, but if you there for the weekend, it is free from 2pm on Sat. The app works well for payment in advance or extensions.
We had no hot water on arrival and the excuses from the host went from used up by others, then fuse gone but now repaired to eventually the neighbours turned it off. On the final morning we had a sewerage smell coming through our drains.
There is no problem with Wi-fi, but our host gave us the wrong password. We finally found a card in the room with the correct password, but our host kept telling us that everyone else was connecting fine with the one she had given us.
