This place feels like a small family home in the middle of paradise. You will feel completely at home here. Especially in the evenings, when everyone gathers around the pasta table with the breathtaking Tuscan sunset view, it creates an unforgettable and heartwarming atmosphere. I truly recommend this place to everyone, especially those who love Italy, and I can’t wait to come back for my next visit.

The fairy tale feeling of living in a convent from 1500 with modern amenities. I loved the private alkov spaces in the big dorm, the pasta dinner & wine for only € 8 and the garden with pomme granades overlooking Florence.
Amazingly friendly staff and easy connection to the city 30 min by bus for € 1,70
The breakfast of only sweet cakes (quite dry and not very tasty) and ceral was not a hit. This is an area of improvement even though I'm aware that Italians eat like this in the morning. Some boiled eggs and fruit would be more appreciated as I heard from our conversation at the long table.

You need to increase your costs instead of keeping them on minimum!
ONE man, one poor guy is doing everything: Check in, check out, serve dinner and additional orders in the evening and then serve breakfast next morning. Plus providing support for guests. There was >30 guests at same time, that night. A lot of them were waiting on him (on that guy)! He was nervous because he is overfilled and guests were nervous because they were waiting.
And because he is doing everything by himself, he should learn to control tight schedule and so he could be more polite.
Reasons:
I haven't had hot water to take a shower in the evening!!! I don't believe that it was just in that moment. And I don't care if it was "spent" because I was the last one in cue for bath. If you have room for >30 people, you need to have boiler capacity for >30 people. I had to take a shower with full cold water!!!
In the morning, breakfast was from 8:30 to 10:00. I came at exactly 9:20 and food table was almost empty. I was obligated to take what was left. And that guy said: "Well... you should come earlier".
My opinion is: If you know that you have >30 people on breakfast, be aware that they will eat as >30 people. Increase your costs and prepare more food! You are not first facility where I was and I have not experienced anywhere same situation.
Towels are provided separately, for TWO AND A HALF euros. Gentlemen... I will not take that towel with me. I will just take it to wipe water drops from myself after shower. I don't see any particular reason that it's being charged separately. Or... if you really need to charge for those, 2.50 euros is really to much! I have not experienced anywhere same situation also!
36 euros for cold shower and eat what was left is not good value for this stay!
