Secure parking, friendly welcome. Comfy beds and nice hot powerful shower.
Breakfast looked good, although we chose not to take this in the morning.
We didn’t like having to make up the bunk bed on arrival. Most awkward thing ever - would be really useful if there was a fitted sheet rather than having to wrestle with a flat sheet whilst on the bunk bed!
Didn’t like that fact that the bathroom was practically in the bedroom. There is a curtain you can pull to separate the rooms but it’s pointless. Not ideal if you’re trying to get the kids to sleep.
We also found the hotel to be quite noisy. We could hear doors slamming, footsteps above and next door, not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

Clean, functional, easy location for onward travel south.
Would be great if there was a restaurant on site for eve dinner. But nearby hotel had a restaurant so could use that.
