It's in a beautiful location, but also very near the town centre. The room had all we needed & was clean and comfortable. The manager is a very warm, friendly person and made fantastic breakfasts for us
The ensuite was a little small, but to be expected in such an old building.

The lovely warm welcome! The really good bed linen. How clean everything was! The great views over the River Tweed. The proximity to the centre and how quiet it was. Breakfast was wonderful. We really enjoyed our visit and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely well-run B&B. Fabulous!!
