Excellent, polite staff who go out of their way to help you.
Good value for the paid price, could've breakfast on morning of departure due to early ferry, hotel provided a very good packed lunch.
Only negative was the buffet breakfast, most hot food on offer was only luke warm and only scrambled eggs were available, but all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and no hesitation in booking again
