The room was very spacious. It was clean. The self check in and check out were very easy, and it can be done at night after hours. I did not get to talk to anyone of the team, we only chat, but they answer fast.
The kitchen could have more items to clean it like paper towel. I had to use toilet paper to clean some stuff because I was only given a white blanket, which I did not want to get dirty. Also, I was only given dishwasher to clean after 1 meal, it was not enough. They have too many rules, you need to throw away the garbage yourself, and leave the kitchen clean or they will charge 40 euros extra. I also had a problem because the remote of the TV was not working, and it was not fixed by the time I left. The sofa bed is good for a couple of nights.

It was just enough.
there was a used condom in the bathroom when we walked in to check-in. Opening the trash bin would make the entire bathroom and living space smell horribly (the space is quite small)… it was gross and disrespectful and I feel it’s the bare minimum. check the trash before guests come in. 🙈

The location is umatched. A few steps from the tourist office and everything else could be reached on foot. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and lots more.
The bed is really uncomfortable, even considering that it is a sofa bed. The room is tiny. The facilities aren’t the best- our fan wasn’t working so we had to get it changed. We had one tiny bottle of shower gel between two of us for 3 days. Same with the toilet paper, which I had to specifically ask for more.
