Room very clean , a lot of ambiance lights, great view on the business district. Comfortable bed, bathroom clean and nice bathtube. Good food for roomservice. Great and tasty breakfast
The staff was really messy in their work, I was with a Chinese national no no language barrier but they hassle me on my last entry in china and the fact that there was no stamp in my passport. BIG NEWS there is no stamping anymore if you have the E channel entrance. They couldn't get that. A staff also entered the room during my nap in the afternoon. Plus they called me again for 10 minutes because they mistake my passport information. Hopefully they got me a 10% discount for that but that's not 5 star service

wonderful staff, the two ladies who dealt with my check in and out were both lovely and had great english levels, and professionally handled the small (visa) problem we had at check in which was sorted in no time at all. can store your bags at the desk after check out. the bed was huge and so soft and comfortable. the room itself was really big, and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower plus a separate bath. comfortable sofa and large tv with many channels (including some english channels). the location is in a business district so was extremely quiet when I was there during the weekend, but still plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around, and there is a mall at the metro station about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel. didn't try any of the extra facilities but the menus for the restaurants looked good, lots of options. rooms very well soundproofed. would 100% stay here again.
there isn't really a "main" light in the room, so you have to turn on basically all the lights to make it bright enough for working etc. some small stains on the carpet but nothing disturbing. quite large deposit - actual more than my two night stay costed.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Unlike some other hotels I was comfortable using their towels. The staff were polite and friendly. I recommend it. It’s good value for money.

Perfect location in downtown
Dirty carpet and curtain in the room. No soap in bathroom. Western restaurant closed. Room service menu really limited.
