Royal Villa Hotel in Tivat was exactly what I needed. It’s an easy walk from the bus station, which made getting there super simple. The bed was so comfortable, I had some of the best sleeps I’ve had while traveling. The staff were lovely, really kind and attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and nice, a great way to start the day. There’s also a small beach just steps away, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the area without going far. Overall, it just felt easy and comfortable the whole time. A really great way to enjoy Tivat.

Comfortable, clean and budget friendly
Not much maybe they could mention Sauna, spa facility closed during winter. And breakfast could be better

It was exceptional! One of the best places I have ever stayed. Location was easy to find, super close to the sea, room was so neat and clean, it has everything we need. It was warm, breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful, I will definitely come back again!

The staff are lovely and I like the location, a little bit off the main drag. Of course the price is also attractive. The breakfast is also OK, and included. The bar is cheap and works late.
The main problem for me were the beds. They were just awful. Two knackered single mattresses... they just need replacing. The breakfast was also pretty poor, probably one of the worst I've had ever tbh.
