The location is really beautiful, quiet and idyllic. Perfect for nature lovers and those who prefer a slower more relaxed pace.
No fault of the b&b but it is very remote and the buses are infrequent … making it hard to get around at ease. you’d need a car unless you plan to just spend lots of time by the pool. There is a small local town a ten minute walk with a cafe/delicatessan that sells basic food items though which we loved!

The host, Simone, was very warm, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional with everything you would want/need: eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants, breads, cereal, jams, yogurts, juice, cappuccino, teas, fresh fruits. etc. The location is outstanding with great view of Tuscany rolling hills from the patio. It is also a convenient location for day trips to other towns in the area such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, etc.
One suggestion to make the guest stay even 10+ is to upgrade the room amenities by providing an electric kettle, a small coffee pod machine, and a small microwave.
