The big terrace and the beach that was 50m from the apartment.:)
There were a few things in the apartment that needed to be fixed such as the induction hub.

The location is ideal if you kite surf: just 100m from the beach. Each room is quite big, and there is AC. There is a kitchen. The price is very low compared to the alternatives around, and the place is cleaned every other day.
- it was disappointing to see there were no windows at all in the entire apartment (the only one couldn't be opened). Looking at the listing photos it seemed different: there must be several appartments, and the one in the ground floor is without any window at all. So rooms are very dark and without any air circulation. (techically, the "apartment photos" were correct, but we didn't realize we didn't book the "nice" apartment with a window)
- While there was technically a kitchen it was not really usable: there was no extractor hood and no windows in the room, so cooking was not really an option.
