Hotel is in a perfect location for us, overnight stay travelling to, and from southern Germany, we live in UK.
H ave stated here several times, always a warm, friendly welcome, rooms are clean and comfortable, plenty of choice in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
Only one thing for us .... Written instructions for room heating would be appreciated. Room did get a bit chilly late evening, and I was unable to adjust controls.
(The bed was very comfortable and warm though!)

The hotel was in a great location, the proximity to the ferry port was excellent & just as described online.
Front of house staff were very friendly & helpful, especially as an English speaking guest.
The restaurant staff were quite rude.
