Very good location across from ferry. Very nice view.
the room and bathroom were very tired and in need of updating The pool had a sign saying closed ...but we were allowed to use it when we asked. Water was very cold!

Extremely clean, and very friendly staff! Right on the waterfront and a very short walk from the ferry (1-2mins). A quiet and safe location; and very close to stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bus and taxi, etc. We could walk to everything. Also, a great location for going hiking, swimming, etc. The seaview room had a beautiful waterfront view, private balcony, and was very relaxing! The interior wood decor adds charm. We enjoyed the Captain's House Hotel and Patmos so much that we extended our stay! We would definitely stay here again!
The mattress is a bit thin, but didn't bother us.
