The best experience I had must be the considerate service from the stuffs, especially Elessia, Mario and Davide. With their wonderful tips I spent two days for a worthy-while trip of both Sacro Monte de Varese and Lake Varese.
I would definitely spend more time alone in my room if it is a bit more spacious. Also the location is so special that it is better to return to the hotel before the sunset.

The view was espectacular. Weather this time of the year was perfect! Would definitely stay again. Simone the Chef was Michelin class. The personnel was extremely professional and courteous. Wonderful experience!
The breakfast could have more variety. I would definitely enjoy some a la carte options. The cappuccino and espresso were fenomenal!

Beautiful view, lovely building.
Shower - broken seal and shower head. Water was all over the floor.
