The staff, breakfast, and cleanliness were very good. They asked me to pay the city tax which was not mentioned before and also the shower was not up to date. Just for one night's stay it's totally worth it.

Staff are great, it’s a shame the actual hotel let them down. The rooms are basic but beds are comfortable to be fair! My shower took at least 15 minutes to get warm and by the point I was already running late for an activity. The hotel is worn, cracked tiles in corridors, lift from the 60’s and just generally old. It is located down a dark alleyway which for some may not feel comfortable, but I as a whole felt extremely safe. The location is okay, not poor not great. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Milan city centre and the cathedral and about. So minutes from the castle. There is a tram stop at the bottom of the road and lime bike park there also, so easy to get around! I do thank the staff for taking good care of me. Would I stay again, probably yes, would I bring my family here, no.

the room was extremly small single bed, but the most challenging issue was to enter the bath as it has small door not suitable for non thin people ( i am not fat) but still was so challenged to access the shower the hotel is in very central area few minutes far from the main cathedral and metro station people at restsurant are nice the second challenge was though the street is so quite in evenning but it is sooo noisy with cars in the early morning
