Ho prenotato una notte in bassa stagione, il giorno prima di partire, perciò ho trovato un rapporto qualità -prezzo ineguagliabile. Hotel 4 stelle fronte mare, vicino al centro con spa inclusa nel costo della camera e parcheggio coperto compreso, colazione molto varia, ottima!. Il personale è stato la ciliegina sulla torta: dal barista che mi ha persino aiutato coi bagagli, la signora della sala che ci ha aiutato a portare il passeggino per le scale vedendo che l' ascensore era occupato da un po' alla culla disponibile in camera. Tutti molto disponibili, gentili e sorridenti. Forse più dei servizi, è l' accoglienza e l' approccio col cliente che, in ambienti come questi, fa davvero la differenza. Spero di tornare presto! .
La camera di notte era troppo calda. Purtroppo non sono riuscita ad abbassare la temperatura né a chiedere aiuto a riguardo, col bimbo piccolo che si era appena addormentato, non potevo fare passi falsi. La prossima volta chiederò prima come gestire il termostato.

Le personnel super et le petit déjeuner très bon
La chambre. La « vu sur mer » sur le côté avec un mini balcon. Le sol n’était pas propre. La chambre ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.
