The property itself was lovely, with great facilities. The managers / hosts were excellent - very friendly & welcoming, & accommodating. We really appreciated their hospitality. The view from the room was stunning, & it was handy to have a bus stop right out the front.

excellent breakfast , lot of various options to eat and drink. No one will be hungry. Nice athmosfere, clean, big room with beautiful mountain view. Parking place. Friendly hosts sharing some good info, plus some trekking leaflets and maps (very well organised). Bus stop in front of entrance plus free transportation tickets for guests in Innsbruck area. Very close to mountain tracks and cable cars.

This place is only for one night. Near to autobahn.
No air condition in room, only one window we can open the rest havent got a possibility. Dirty bathroom, breakfast was poor.
