We had a very nice family room.
Service was OK.
Facilities neat and clean.
Location was GREAT ... but it's at the top of the mountain (200 steps) and not for old people or people with heavy luggage.

This properly is located on top of a hill where it needs an elevator costing 6 Euros to go up and come down EVERYTIME (this is NOT ONE DAY pass), even to buy water in the supermarkets, you will need the elevator. The in house cafe shuts at 9pm, and after that you're just stranded in your room. The elevator shuts around the same time. We were not allowed to check in early despite the rooms being empty and I hated my stay in Salzburg because of this property.
