The reception by the manager was super friendly. The hotel is in a good location, smack between the outer gate close to car parking space and downtown.

Location was great. Close to parking, close to train station. All within easy walking distance. Main part of the old town is a very easy walk as well. Breakfast was very good. Order what you want the night before. Full German breakfast. The room was in another building but a very short walk to the breakfast area - same building as the Check in. Room is clean, nothing fancy, but very adequate. These are older buildings obviously, all part of the charm. Christian was very pleasant, and welcoming.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel location is close to the town gate next to the outside parking lot, which makes carrying the luggage easier. We saw only one staff, who was very kind and informative.
The room price for such a small room was too high. Breakfast could contain more ingredients. Breakfast hours are only between 8:00 and 9:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Either check out has to be at 11:00 or breakfast has to start at 7:00. Too less time to leave the room if you're two...
