Location was excellent, overlooking the lake. Lakeside restaurant, terrace and swimming pool were lovely and hotel staff generally friendly and helpful. The family room was excellent.
Asked for a wheelchair accessible room but the room allocated was not accessible - the wheelchair could not even get into the room, and certainly not in the bathroom. The accessible bathroom was actually a separate room on the first floor. Finally got an alternative room on the second floor which was ok but very tight. The lift only took the wheelchair and no-one else. We asked for a candle in a dessert for my grandson's birthday and despite saying that something could be done, it never materialised which was disappointing.
